My client based in Colburn is looking for a temporary Finance Assistant who can start with immediate effect. The contract will be for approximately 3-4 months and is suitable for an experienced Finance Assistant who can hit the ground running.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Coding and posting supplier invoices
· Supplier statement reconciliation
· Managing and maintaining purchase ledger
· Prepayments & Accruals
· Intercompany transfers
· Answering supplier emails/ calls
· Matching invoices from suppliers with purchase orders/ delivery notes
· Credit control duties
· Code and post credit card expenses to the purchase ledger on a timely basis
· Balance sheet reconciliation
· Working closely with the Finance Manager to establish the weekly cash payment BACS run
· Multi-currency bank reconciliations
Desirable qualities:
· Sage 50 experience
· Payroll experience
· Excellent organisational skills

· Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00, with a 30 minute lunch
